Sun-dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Spread

Sun-dried tomatoes
(packed in oil)

Goat cheese

tsp.
Olive oil
(or use oil from sun-dried tomatoes for richer flavor)
Instructions
Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes.
In a food processor, add tomatoes, goat cheese and the oil. Process until smooth. Yield: About 1 cup.
